Any quiz masters out there?

I have a simple, 2 question quiz, but Quizilla.com won’t let answers count towards multiple results.

I need a simple matrix where 2 yes/no questions will give you 4 results.
(yes/yes, yes/no, no/no, no/yes)
Does anyone know an online quiz generator that will let you do this?
Is there a trick to getting Quizilla to do it?

I’m drawing really cute monkey/robot/pirate/ninja illustrations, so you know you want to take this quiz!

Why is it all about the monkey-pirate-ninja-robots?
