I assume most of you are familiar with Mondegreens. Earlier this week, scanning through radio stations in the mountains, I swear I heard someone sing "I'll let you loosen up my Bible belt".

Please recommend your favorite "very clever lyrics" band.

My examples?
Neutral Milk Hotel, The Decemberists, Vampire Weekend, and the classics, They Might Be Giants, Talking Heads, Art of Noise, the Pixies.

Basically, if they can sing intelligently about grammar or architecture, I'm interested.
